PRO-ZA Balkan:
- is organized for the second time in R. Macedonia, however with improved agenda and higher criteria.

- It, once again, hosts five eminent writers from the Balkans, to present themselves before the Macedonian audience.

- As of this year, PRO-ZA BALKAN shall introduce several novelties. The works of a Macedonian author shall be presented, together with the Balkan authors, based on the selection by the specially appointed selector.

- Among the invited guests, for the first time, is an eminent artist from a different arts sphere, writing literature at the same time.

- PRO-ZA Balkan shall introduce a fellowship programme that shall host every year the most prominent European publishers, literary agents and scouts, and directors of renowned literary festivals.

- This year’s round table topic is “Europe/Balkan – Literature/Inclusiveness”

- PRO-ZA Balkan celebrates the quality and highly valuated prose and individual power of the author.

- The festival is a great step forward in the creation of bridges between the Balkan and Macedonian writers, between the European stakeholders in the publishing world and the Macedonian publishers, between the world of the book and the Macedonian reader.
